The T.E.S.T. Team 303 competed on April 13th – 16th, 2016 in Bethlehem, PA at the MAR District Championship. . After a long competition, Team 303 received the Gracious Professionalism award for their efforts. FIRST Stronghold is the name of this year’s challenge. To score points, teams cross various defenses and shoot small gray balls, called boulders, into a tower. For bonus points, robots can suspend themselves from the tower, or traverse 4 of the 5 defenses, two times each. Despite performing to the best of their ability, Team 303 did not advance into the elimination rounds.
The T.E.S.T. Team 303 won the Gracious Professionalism award. Sponsored by Johnson & Johnson, the Gracious Professionalism Award celebrates outstanding demonstration of FIRST Core Values such as continuous Gracious Professionalism working together both on and off the playing field.
